You can modify your plan by following the steps given below:

1. Click on the user icon on the top right.

2. Click on my account and click on modify plan.

3. Select the plan and click on proceed.

How does the search panel work?

1. Click on ‘Add Query’ from the bar located on the top of the screen.

3. Enter the Job Title for which you want to search. You can type more than one job title.

4. Select the Post Date period to get the job listings posted in the desired date range.

5. Next, include keywords for the job search. It searches for the specified keyword across all the text fields of the job listing.

6. Choose the type of the job by checking the checkbox. You can choose more than one option or check the All if the job you want to search all the job types.

7. Enter the company name if you are looking for jobs from a specific company or leave it blank. You can enter more than one companies if required.

8. If you want to view the salary data and contact data then check the box for ‘Salary data available’ and ‘Contact data available’.

9. You can also enter keywords in the Exclude Keywords fields to exclude certain type of jobs from the job search.

10. Click on search button to see a list of sample job listings.

What types of input does the job title field take? How to do fuzzy search?

Enter the keyword for the job title in the Job title field. You can enter multiple keywords for multiple job titles by separating them with ‘comma’.

Example: Project Manager keyword in the job title will show all the jobs with the keyword ‘Project Manager’ in the title. This will not display other jobs with Manager as title.

If you want to view the data with the titles as ‘Manager’ and ‘Customer Success’, then it has to be included as a separate keyword in the ‘job title’ field.

In the below screenshot, you can see that if the keyword ‘Manager’ is included along with ‘Customer Success’, then the search result displays the jobs with ‘Manager’ titles as well as ‘Customer Success’ title jobs.

What happens if you receive the same job twice?

Let’s consider a scenario in which you call the API to get new jobs for the past two days, that means that every time there will be some overlap. If the API returns the same job a second time, we’d count it in your job listing download quota.

However, we provide a timestamp-like parameter called “cursor” using which you can receive only new jobs since the last query you made. API response also returns the next_query. So instead of querying for last 2 days, you can query since last cursor value. More details on the API can be found here.

What happens when you upgrade to a paid plan in the middle of the trial?

Your trial period ends and the job credits of the paid plan are added to your account. The active job check credits are revised as well. You are charged every 30 days depending on your plan and your job credits renew every 30 days.

How do I upgrade my trial?

Simply click on the icon on the top right corner of your Jobspikr account and go to ‘My Account’. Under ‘Plan Summary’ click on ‘Upgrade’.

What happens when my trial expires?

You can access your account when your trial expires, however, you will not be able to consume jobs on your account. To consume jobs, you will have to upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I extend my trial?
